Delete Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you choose to delete your Pocony account, all your data including your email and plant growth progress will be permanently removed from our servers.

How to delete your account

Open the Menu

Tap the button in the bottom right corner of the screen.

Go to Settings

Select the Setting button (the leftmost icon in the menu).

Select Delete Account

Find and tap the Delete account option.

Confirm Deletion

Type the word DELETE to confirm. Your account and all associated data will be instantly erased.

Note: This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your balcony cannot be recovered.
