By using Pocony: Your Pocket Balcony, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Account Registration

Pocony uses Email Login to identify users and save their game progress. By logging in, you agree that we may store your email address for account management purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

2. Game Mechanics & Weather Data

Pocony is a virtual balcony simulation that relies on real-world data:

• Weather Sync: The application uses your device's Weather API to synchronize in-game weather with your actual location. You acknowledge that weather accuracy depends on third-party data providers.
• Growth Calculation: Plant growth is calculated based on real-time elapsed and environmental conditions.
• Daily Seeds: Users can receive seeds via the in-game mail system. Each account is limited to one chance per day to receive seeds.

3. Virtual Goods

All flowers, seeds, and balcony items are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be traded, sold, or exchanged for real currency.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to attempt to manipulate the system clock, weather data, or mail system to gain an unfair advantage in the game. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pocony is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, especially concerning real-time weather data synchronization.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pocony shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application.
